In order for us to change your name, your SS card will need to be updated. We cannot change your name until this is provided.
Please submit your updated SS card to this ticket, or have your OM upload on your behalf in your Documents section with your new last name via hr ticket. (

If enrolled in benefits, we will update your updated last name at the carriers.
You can also change your last name of your ABC email if you wish via IT ticket, but please update Paycor when fully utilized with that info or let us know via HR ticket so your profile can be updated with your new email so you continue to be enrolled in all of our perks and get important information.
