To apply for and utilize Military leave, you will utilize FMLASource. This is our third party leave vendor, and they work to gather all the necessary documentation for leave requests, including military leave which is protected. You will work directly with FMLASource to provide all necessary documentation and they will make leave determinations in accordance with the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act of 1994 (USERRA; with amendments) and all applicable state law.
Any approved leave will be coded as military leave so that it does not count against you or any time off that you have available to you. You can apply to use it both continuously or intermittently, depending on what is being requested of you.

All leave requests, personal or FMLA, must go through our third party vendor, FMLA Source. Additionally, teammates must submit this request to their direct supervisor.
How Teammates submit a request through FMLASource:
Step 1: Notify your supervisor via phone or in-person
Step 2: Contact ABC's Leave Administrator: FMLASource
