BCBA Career Track
  1. Career Track is designed to allow BCBAs to pursue their career aspirations and grow their clinical muscle. 
  2. Program elements include:
    1. BCBA treatment delivery expectations to 30 hours per week
    2. Potential to earn additional compensation each month 
    3. Ideal for those which to pursue focused movement up the career ladder
    4. How to qualify: All BCBAs start and remain on the career track unless choosing to opt out
    5. BCBAs who deliver 30 or more treatments delivery hours per week earn additional compensation paid on a monthly basis. The more you can deliver, the more you can earn.
      1. BCBAs have an annualized incentive potential of up to $9,000
      2. Senior BCBAs have an annualized incentive potential of up to $12,000
      3. Assistant Clinical Directors have an annualized incentive potential of up to $15,000
BCBA Life Track
  1. Life Track is designed to allow BCBAs to prioritize life outside of work without significant tradeoffs. 
  2. Program elements include:
    1. Reduced treatment delivery expectations to 25 hours per week
    2. Ability to opt in or out every 3 months
    3. Ideal to enjoy life's moments (return from maternity leave, care for a loved one, focus on immediate health needs, etc.)
    4. How to qualify: A BCBA can opt into the program for 3 months at a time, reduce their treatment delivery expectation to 25 hours per week. CBABs on the Life Track pause promotional opportunities and resume eligibility upon transitioning to the Career Track for one full period (3 months). 
    5. All BCBAs (BCBAs, Sr. BCBAs, and ACDs) are eligible to elect to move into the Lief Track at the start of each quarter. Election periods are as follows:
      1. Period 1: January 1 - March 31
      2. Period 2: April 1 - June 30
      3. Period 3: July 1 - September 30
      4. Period 4: October 1 - December 31
