How to setup SNAPmobile app for your Axxess phone

1. In order to setup the SNAPmobile app on your iPhone or Android device, you will need to go to the appropriate application store from your device:
Apple App Store (web link):

Google Play (web link):
2. Search for SNAPmobile, then download and install the application.

3. Launch the SNAPmobile application and you will be asked to enter the following information:

HostID: axxmobile (all lower case)
Login: yourextension@actionbehaviorcenters.axxessnetworks.com
Password: yourextensionAxxess
Example:
1206Axxess
4. This will provide you with the following functionality:
Contacts – houses every extension within ABC
Voicemail – access to voicemails
Keypad – make calls from here
Call Log – access to inbound/outbound & missed calls
Answering Rules – determine where inbound calls are routing (both desk & mobile, mobile only, or desk only)
