How to access the Axxess web portal

Axxess networks provides a web portal allowing you to make and receive calls directly from your computer, as well as other additional functions. To access, go to:




Login
: yourextension@actionbehaviorcenters.axxessnetworks.com
Password: yourextensionAxxess

Once logged in, you will see a link for Axxess Desktop at the top of your screen. Click this to launch the Axxess Desktop, which will enable you to make and receive calls from your web browser.



Additionally, you will see other functionality available to you:

Home: overview of your extension

Messages: your VM messages
This is where you can view your current and past voicemails that have not been deleted.
Under the Settings tab:
  1. You can enable/disable your VM
  2. You can change yourVM greeting – please make sure you have one
  3. Monitor yourVM sent to your email address
    ¡ Contacts: company-wide contacts
Answering Rules: Change where inbound calls ring
Manage where inbound phone calls are received. This is helpful when working away from your desk, for example.
  1. Please keep the ring time for 20 seconds
  2. Default: Ring both desk and mobile
  3. No Mobile Ringing: Only rings your desk phone
  4. No Desk Ringing: Only rings your mobile phone

Time Frames: Mass Answering Rules
These have already been set across all administrative team members. Please do not make any changes to this tab
Phones: 3 types of phones per user
This is where all of your phones will show
  1. Desk phone – Normal Extension
  2. SNAPmobile – Extension followed by ‘m’
  3. Web-based phone – Extension followed by ‘wp’
Music on Hold: Pre-selected hold music
These have already been set across all administrative team members. Please do not make any changes to this tab
Call History: History of calls made to/from your extension
Here you can view all inbound, outbound, and missed calls to your extension
  1. There is a filter ability if you need a specific time frame, or to filter by inbound/outbound
  2. If you use a filter, you must select the Filters button again then select Clear Filters in order to see all calls again
