How to access the Axxess web portal - v2.0

Axxess networks provides a web portal allowing you to make and receive calls directly from your computer, as well as other additional functions. To access, go to:




Login
: yourextension@actionbehaviorcenters.axxessnetworks.com
Password: yourextensionAxxess

Once logged in, you have two options. In the portal, you will have some basic functionality - such as accessing your Voicemails, looking at Call History and Contacts.



For additional functionality, go to the link for Axxess Desktop at the top of your screen.




Click this to launch the Axxess Desktop, which will enable you to make and receive calls from your web browser, as well as additional functionality. Shortcut link: https://hosted.axxessnetworks.com/webphone/



Contacts:
List of all ABC contacts

Call History:
A history of all inbound/outbound calls

Voicemail:
Clickable list of all Voicemails


Call Park:
Access to all of your parked calls

Making Calls:
To place a call from your browser, click the red plus icon in lower right of your screen.



Then choose the dialpad to Make New Call



Dial the number using mouse or keyboard and place your call.
