Macbook initial setup tutorial

1. Go ahead and unbox your Macbook and remove all paper and plastic wrappers.
   
2. Plug in your device *Fun tip! plugging the charger on the right side USB-C port will make the laptop heat less than if you plug it into the left port.
   

Select 'United States' and click 'Continue'

Choose your center's WiFi network and enter the password. Click 'Continue'

1. Contact your OM in case you don't know your center's WiFi password. 
   

Click 'Continue'

1. Note that the remote management load screen might take 2-10 minutes. 
   
2. If this screen does not show up after entering the WiFi password, please submit a ticket so we can assist you right away! https://support.actionbehavior.com/portal/en/newticket 
   

1. Create your user account by entering your full name and personal password. *Note, This password will only be used to unlock your laptop.
   

Click on the box, once in blue and selected click 'Continue'

1. Check the 'Enable Location Services on this Mac' once the box turns blue, click 'Continue'
   

All done!

1. Please note that once you log in, applications will still be downloading.
   
2. This process might take 15-30 minutes to automatically install the apps. (Google Chrome, Microsoft Office, Self Service, etc.)
