I need to change the time/location/date on my note for an appointment that is already converted. How do I fix this?

Hi! If documentation needs to be corrected/resubmitted after the appointment is converted, the provider will need to submit the corrected documentation through the patient dashboard. Please note that after an appointment is corrected, documentation can no longer be submitted through the calendar view. The Time Adjustment guide can be found here.
