Reasons why BCBA hours are missing / inaccurate on the BCBA TT Summary Report

 Reason 1


Patient name missing Tilde (~) sign both in (Center to Patient) tab as well as within the individual BCBA’s tab. Also, could be due to incorrect spacing between the Tilde (~) sign and the patient name.






Reason 2

 

Patient name entirely missing from the (Center to Patient) tab.

 

Reason 3

 

Timing issue relating to when the hours were entered. Hours entered on the day of the report would not be reflected on the report. Hours entered today would be reflected on tomorrow’s report.

 

Reason 4


Individual BCBA tabs missing headers.





Reason 5

 

Headers not on row 1, moved to different row, this happens mostly when hiding rows. Headers always needs to be on row 1 and not blank.

 

Reason 6

 

While entering treatment start and end time, entering AM instead of PM and vice versa. Checking the duration column (column H) would be useful in identifying if there is an AM / PM issue, in those cases either the duration would be too high or a negative number.




 












Reason 7


Date has incorrect ‘Year’.
