Expired Codes

The authorization setup on the appointment has either expired or is not valid for the given service date. You may choose a different authorization or service code from the list below, or contact your billing administrator
Example:

This error messages indicated the code attached to the appointment has expired. The appointment will convert once the code is updated. Click the edit pencil on the authorization line and select the new code that populates. If you have any issues converting even after updating the code, please reach out!
